Manish Dadhich

President and Chief Executive Officer

Manish Dadhich is President and CEO of Varmoda, the GovTech and professional services firm he founded and built into a multi-entity contracting group serving federal, state, local and county government. Headquartered in McLean, Virginia, Varmoda delivers public benefits platforms, claims management and adjudication, super intelligence and digital transformation, and mission-critical technology staffing to agencies nationwide.

Manish brings more than 20 years in the government contracting industry. Before founding Varmoda, he helped lead a federal IT services firm through its full growth arc, from an 8(a) small business to a large business, delivering critical technical solutions and providing leadership and oversight across multiple federal programs. He built and ran the Mentor-Protégé programs that anchored that transition, giving him a rare, firsthand command of how emerging firms scale into enduring prime contractors.

That operator’s intensity is now the core of Varmoda. Manish leads capture, proposal operations, business development and delivery personally, bringing the War Mode discipline embedded in the company’s name to every pursuit: relentless preparation, operational rigor, and delivery that holds up under federal scrutiny. He has built durable relationships across agencies including TSA, the Department of the Interior, HHS, EPA, the U.S. Army and NASA. Manish holds an MBA from INSEAD.
